A 5,860 sqft office for Newfields Advisors at Menara Tan & Tan. The brief called for a warm, gallery-like material palette that gives proper room to a curated art collection throughout, anchored by a living green wall along the main corridor.
Project highlights
- Reception was designed as the space that makes the strongest impression: a marble counter set against a backlit “N” logo mark and warm timber panelling.
- A curated art collection runs throughout the office, from framed pieces in the lounge and corridors to a living green wall along the main corridor.
- Two boardrooms of distinct character, one anchored by a large sunflower painting and banquette seating, the other by a large-scale figurative artwork.
- A copper-screened pantry with terrazzo-look flooring for casual breaks, plus a private phone booth pod for focused calls.
