A 3,500 sqft office for Grand Oils and Foods (Malaysia) at Etiqa Tower. With a modest footprint, the brief was to make every space work harder, anchored by a skyline-facing lounge that doubles as a breakout and informal meeting spot.
Project highlights
- Reception was designed as the strongest first impression, with branded signage set against a clean white counter, and the company’s red brand colour carried through as a recurring accent.
- A skyline-facing lounge with a red tufted daybed, a dual-screen boardroom and a pantry dining area round out the spaces staff use most.
