We are seeking a highly motivated, talented and creative Interior Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of corporate workspaces by designing spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also promote productivity, collaboration, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Space planning & workplace design
  • Concept development & presentation preparation
  • 3D modelling & visualisation
  • Technical drawings & documentation
  • Site coordination & project monitoring
  • Liaise with clients, consultants & contractors

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp & Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Enscape, Lumion or V-Ray is an advantage
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • 3+ years relevant experience (Junior), 7+ years (Senior)

Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing project costs, preparing quotations and supporting the commercial aspects of our office interior design & build projects from tender stage through to project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, quotations & tender submissions
  • Quantity take-off, measurement & preparation of BOQ
  • Source quotations & liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Evaluate, compare & negotiate subcontractor quotations
  • Prepare project cost comparison & cost analysis
  • Monitor project budgets, variations & overall project costs
  • Prepare variation orders & final accounts
  • Liaise with clients, designers, contractors & project teams

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in office interior fit-out / design & build projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, rates & project costing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office
  • Good communication, negotiation & coordination skills
  • Proactive, organised and able to work independently
  • Strong team player with a collaborative working attitude
