A shared workplace, designed as one seamless identity.
A 9,300 sqft joint project office for Voith Hydro and HeiTech Padu at Menara PJ8, Petaling Jaya, supporting their hydropower life-extension partnership. The brief called for a clean, modern fit-out with a shared identity that works equally well for both companies under one roof.
Project highlights
- A clean, modern material palette throughout, shared by two companies, each given its own sense of place within a single, cohesive design.
- Reception and the pantry breakout lounge were designed as the spaces that make the strongest impression, from the backlit Voith and HeiTech signage wall to the channel-tufted banquette seating.
- The pantry and breakout area was designed to double up, used for casual coffee catch-ups day to day and as a townhall space when the whole office gathers.
